Its true, when me and Lory were heading off base on the way to go eat (Hadnt decided where at the time), there was a random down pour and as we turned a corner I looked out the window and there it was....THE END OF A RAIN BOW, never thought I'd see the day. And no, I wasnt seeing things, because I had quickly pointed it out to her, and she saw it too . I didnt see any pot of gold though...may have been hidden in the 3 foot of grass that the airforce has neglected to take care of...

By way, Im in the Air Force now lol, joined July 2nd, and here I am now. Tech school was long and gay, 6 months @_@, so Im finally at my duty station actually doing my job. Im 2nd Comm. Cable and Antenna Maintenance. I work with Fiber Optics, Copper Cable, Catt 6 Cable, fix shit on telephone pools, and towers too. Pretty fun stuff, you get payed a shit ton in the civilian world for this kind of work, so I think Im going to keep going along with it degree wise, so when I get out, I'll be rollin in the big money . Also I just turned 21! thats right, now I can do ANYTHING Muuahahaha...

I've been here in Barksdale AFB for a good 4 weeks now. This base really isnt that bad, aside from Louisiana being one of the leading states IN THE COUNTRY for having the most STDs ever...forgot which ones, but it was quiet a few...But the town around the base is pretty cool. To be honest my family and I had gone on a vacation about 10 mins away on the Board Walk in Shreveport. Not just there, but it was one of our many stops in Louisiana. The only bad thing about living here is, just about everything FUN requires you to be 21 and older, but thankfully my B-Day is in 2 days starting tomorrow . The bad thing about this wonderful day is its on a sunday, oohh well right? I think I can wait a week to buy my first pack of beer. MMMmmm MMmmm, theres a lot of really tall trees here, and most of the houses look the same, actually all of them do, but thats base housing for ya. The people here are real nice too. I miss my friends from Sheppard though, I hate when I finally start getting use to a place, and have great friendships growing with people, then have to get up and go again to start my life a-new somewhere else. Oh well, I'll always keep in as much contact with them as I can, and Im sure someday I'll see them again (HOPEFULLY IN A CRUISE VERY SOOOOONnnn).

I'll be putting on A1C which is E-3 around November...Just found out that its a lot longer than I had thought, gay. It'll be nice to finally be an A1C though, I've been low shitty rank for so long, but Im glad I signed up for just 4 years instead of 6...Im okay with ranking later than other people. I'd rather give my self a flexible life, instead of being tied down for that long. Theres an Airshow coming up on May 10/11th. My parents will be heading over with hopefully a few of my friends as well as other family to have a late b-day party. They'll be bringing my truck too, CANT FUCKING wait! I miss that damn thing, my pride and joy.

So I've been in FTAC for a week now, pretty much a big waste of money for the first week anyways, sit around and do nothing. Then next week we get to start our classes (Breifings) I guess. That'll last a good 2 weeks, then the last week you spend time helping renovate the dorms, which reallly REALLly needs it...I can see where this would help because its where we live for one, and if they were to hire civilian contractors, it would cost millions. Go AF right? Im okay with that though, you dont even have to wear your uniform . But over all I think Im enjoying it here, I love my room, mostly because its MY room, instead of sharing it with some fuckin retard, along with being able to do w/e I want. I've come to the conclusion that I dont want to spend anymore leave really back at home. Not that it'll matter to anyone because no one reads this shit anyways, let alone knows I even exist anymore, but the few people that I would spend my time with are either close enough for me that I wouldnt have to spend leave, or they have the ability to just come with me where ever I go. I've realized that theres nothing for me there anymore, its half the reason I joined the airforce in the first place. Things are different, people are different, life is different, I'm different. Texas is still cool and what not, but Im done with LD

And yeah I havent submitted shit lately or even blog for that matter but Im still alive lol. I'll try and put a few things on or sooner or later.
